West Side Preschool is a New York not-for-profit corporation. We admit students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of our educational policies, admission policies, scholarship and loan programs and athletic and other school administered programs. West Side Preschool is a member of the Independent Schools Admission Association of Greater New York, (ISAAGNY) Educational Records Bureau (ERB).

Application

Applications are currently being accepted for the 2010-2011 school year. To apply, please download the 2010-2011 application form and return it, along with the $35 application fee, to West Side Preschool, 165 W. 105th Street, New York, NY 10025 before January 15, 2010. After this deadline, please call the school at (212) 749-4635 to see if applications are still being accepted.

Please note that applications need not be submitted before attending a school tour. In order to be eligible for enrollment, children must be at least 2 years and 9 months old when school begins in September.

School Tour

We recommend that the parent of each applicant attend one tour date prior to their child's admission.

Tuition

Tuition is as follows, based on a consistent schedule each week:

Please be advised that this is not a drop-in service. Parents may increase the number of afternoons during the school year. Parents choose the full day subject to availability. Changes in the afternoon or early morning hours are at the discretion of the preschool. Class time cannot be made up due to illness, vacation, or holidays. School closes at 1 p.m. on Fridays.
