History
WSP was established in 1989, founded by a group of dedicated teachers and parents. We are located in a landmarked church on Mahattan’s Upper West Side. While we have no affiliation, we have maintained a wonderful relationship with the church session.
Credentials
WSP is chartered by the New York State Dept. of Education, Board of Regents. WSP is licensed by the New York City Dept. Of Health, Bureau of Day Care. We are recognized as a 501c3, not for profit organization by the Internal Revenue Service.
Memberships
WSP is a member school of the Independent Schools Admissions Association of Greater New York (ISAAGNY), Educational Records Bureau (ERB), and Parents League.
